Erica Kinnebrew is an entrepreneur, experienced ABA practice owner, and founder of ABA Engine. ABA Engine is a platform built to simplify operations, speed up intake, and help ABA clinics scale successfully. Having founded, scaled, and exited multiple ABA companies across five states, Erica now leverages her deep understanding of both clinical operations and business strategy to support other ABA business owners. She’s passionate about leadership, accountability, and growth, and loves speaking and sharing insights at industry events. When not working, Erica enjoys reading, beach time, and family adventures.
